Its a lovely gym. although a lil bit small , you do get to do what you are there for. Swimming pool and Steam room. The classes are awesome
Neat and spacious. Equipment is of high standard. Change rooms are well maintained and clean. Nice vibe and friendly people. Enjoyed going to this Virgin active.
Incredible location. This gym has great equipment and is well laid out. The staff are extremely helpful and the change rooms are fantastic. I wish I could train here more often. This VA is sublime
I’m utterly disgusted at how the employees treated me. I went in to go buy a smoothie and just to have a look around as I was considering joining, to my disbelief, I felt looked down upon, my question were disregarded. I had to wait over half an hour for my smoothie as other members who ordered after me got theirs first, and as I was walking out, a man with a toddler was walking behind me, he had a stroller which wouldn’t fit through the rotation door, and the main entrance was out of order. For the amount you pay, or even if you’re simply considering to join, treat people equally, or at least with some respect.
Shocking, I joined in June last year with the marketing ploy that I get two months free.. well when I enquired at the beginning when my debit still ran off to be told I get the free months at the end of the contract... a year later and now nobody knows about any free months. this on top of NOT being advised that my premium would go up in January just 6 months after joining. Total Rip Off.
Good. But there are no instructors to orientated around the gym
Always love coming to the gym, machines are always available and it's not crowded!
Great gym! Friendly staff, awesome classes with enthusiastic trainers and clean bathrooms. Great view of the harbor and ocean while doing your workout. The smoothies at Kauai are a plus. Would definitely recommend!
Friendly staff and my child enjoys the v-club as well.
Gym with the best view in PE! Friendly staff & good variety of equipment!
