Great service from Andrew and the gym. Peaceful weight section and a lovely training facility for groups! He pushes you to your limits and always walk out of the gym knowing you did your best! My fiance and I love gyming here.

Andrew Garai is a fantastic trainer and takes care of each person training....he is a perfectionist and makes sure you dont injure yourself when training. I have been with Evolution for 6 years and love it!!! My happy place!!
Guaranteed results if you commit to your training! All mat and weight related training, so if you are looking for a treadmill you will be disappointed. They have a smoothie/coffee bar and offer a membership plan to use facilities and go to group classes, as well as personal training plans for groups or one on one. There are also unisex bathroom and shower facilities.
Evolution MMA and Fitness is not your run of the mill gym and training experience. The gym itself is a sizeable and impressive training facility with a large mat area and an adjacent equipment room filled with top of the line machines, equipment and weights. There is also a coffee shop on the upper level which encourages members to socialize; this in turn creates a very friendly, welcoming and positive atmosphere. The Evo team provide professional instruction at the highest level. There are daily group class options available, as well as private instruction. Whatever age you are; whether you are a beginner or a professional athlete the instructors at Evo will cater to your needs to ensure that you get the most from your training experience. The instructors are friendly, approachable and there is a genuine care and interest in helping you reach your goals. The instructors specialize in a many different areas of fitness training so whether it is weights, boxing, MMA, HIIT that might interest you, it is all available. The most recent addition to the program is online training where you can work live online with a personal trainer, either in a small group or individually; this is a great option for people who are unable to access a gym environment. Training with the Evo team is a very positive experience; it is challenging, it is effective, it is safe and it is fun! Evolution offers the best training experience and facility in Port Elizabeth and is arguably the best experience “out there”.
The only annoying part is the distance, it’s so far from where I stay! But I really love this place! The staff is so cool! They even offer you coffee if only it wasn’t far I would join
Awesome place to excercise at with quality equipment and they also have classes in Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, boxing, mma and karate. Highly qualified instructors and friendly staff. Also has a nice cafeteria overlooking the arena.
No listen, Andrew Garai did best with Evolution. We are all happy assassins there.
Outstanding gym with world class trainers. For all levels of fitness from beginners to professional athletes.
Excellent facilities, great training experience.
