Truly impressed with the service, knowledge and effectiveness of the Valley Road team and programmes. We absolutely love being able to open our scope of physical activity, and since joining we have been fitter, injury free, and able to do any of the sports we enjoy, even when not having done it for ages. Give yourself the opportunity to experience the system, and you will be greatly rewarded. A world class product, in little old PE!

What an awesome experience at this CrossFit Box! Went to watch a friend compete and the vibe and atmosphere was so encouraging! The coaches were so friendly and provide all the information in joining up, classes times, how they operate and invited us to a free morning session at 8:30 on a Saturday! They have programmes for all kinds of individuals and mend the workouts depending on your needs or past injuries. Anyone wanting to give it a try, go past on a Saturday 8:30am and get some more information
