What a rude receptionist! I just walked in looking for a newly pair of frames. After asking the receptionist her opinion. She was so rude. My husband left immediately and was furious. I still stayed looking for a frame. But who wants to support someone who doesn't want to assist you!

My experience with Visual Concepts Optometrists was very pleasant and beyond my expectations. Kathy Winter was my optometrist, and when she checked my eyes, she did it with great detail and answered many of the questions that I had and was very patient. The process altogether was not rushed, but was efficient. I would also like to thank Juliet. Juliet was the kind lady who helped me pick out a pair of glasses that best suited me. Because my head shape is a bit more wide, lots of the glasses that I tried on were a little too tight for me. However, Juliet spent more than 30 minutes trying to help me find the perfect pair. She showed me various kinds, let me try them on, and also answered any concerns or questions that I had. Her attitude was very good, as she did not get impatient, even when I kept in trying different kinds of glasses. Thanks to both of them, I found a really good pair of glasses that fit me just right,and look good as well. Thank you both Juliet and Kathy for the amazing servje, and I definitely recommend this place for people who are looking for glasses or things.

One of the best optometry experiences. Seriously. I have bad eyes and move alot so I've wracked some milage in the spectacle department the ladies in the front are amazing. So helpful, really went out of their way. Dr Christine was incredible. She was thorough, explained everything to me and made me some new glasses that I swear - I can see clearly for the first time.

I cannot recommend this optometrist enough, I had such an amazing experience. I have been so anxious about my eye deterioration and Dr winter took such good care of me. I left feeling 100% better than I came in.

Friendly staff! Beyond impressed with the level of service received as well. Definitely my regular!
