Vivo Umhlanga

Beautifully designed with much detail given to colour, lighting and deco. Definitely a place to enjoy a cocktail or wine with friends. Safe and secure parking. Wheelchair accessible as well. I attended a birthday dinner at the venue. Food was served cold and much later than anticipated. Our main course was served after 9.30pm. Meals were carefully plated, however, every person at our table who ordered steak were all given "rare" and not medium to well done as requested. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

We really enjoyed our photography experience at Vivo Umhlanga, the staff are friendly and accommodating, making it convenient for us to do our job. With great food, and drinks. We'll be back soon - Team Snap That

The first time I dined at Vivo, I had the best service, food and experienced, I tried to return to Vivo, but they did not have power, etc. The 3rd time I visited with my family, the experience was terrible, there was a group celebrating a birthday, I was not advised about this when I booked, the noise level was bothering on irrirtational, more like a concert hall, the waiter had to find out every time, whether certain meals were available, there were certain ingredients missing for cocktails, it just went on. We are not explained properly about entertainer app, so we end up paying a large bill. Would not recommend or go there again. The food quality was average

Horrible service. Waiter took orders incorrectly after going through it 3 times. Kids got food last. Management did not care about the situation. Food is substandard and is overpriced. The deserts tasted and looked 2 weeks old. We waited over an hour to get the bill and we were overcharged for items we ordered. All we got were "sorry" from the "toothless dog" management and the waiter was just as clueless as when we got there. If the overpriced, substandard food was a reason enough to not recommend this place, the pathetic service would be another. It's no wonder why they are so quiet on a Friday night!

Service excellent. Food really good and well worth it. Our food was cooked to perfection. Price fair and reasonable for what you get. Will definitely be back and will recommend..

Very neat setup with friendly staff. Excellent to chill and have a few drinks or finger snacks. Has a classy feel to it and very neat. Parking is tight but sufficient. Great venue to host small events such as birthdays etc.

The food and service is amazing.. Friendly staff, very accomodating. The prices on the menu are very reasonable

Great place for sunday cocktails and great food. Its just a beautiful place and i love it!
