If you have no problems with phoning multiple times to procure an update on the status of your vehicle, then this institution is your ideal dealership! The level of service is absolutely shocking. If you are in the market to purchase a new VW, have it serviced or undergo repairs then take your business elsewhere where you are treated respectfully in a humane manner.

I bought a car from these guys in 2019, Second hand, They confirmed no accident, car had limp mode issues, I asked them to look they said they couldnt find the issue, Now that I am trying to sell my car, I have to sacrifice some money because of the stated reasons, Biggest mistake of my life at this point. Multiple VW dealers couldnt even find the problem, Upon doing my research on Diesel cars, the issue was the Diesel Particulate FIlter, I mean how can their technicians not even think of the Diesel Particulate filter as me explaining the issues to them suggested that the car will do what it was doing if it has diesel particulate filter. I dont trust these guys, They even refused multiple times to check my cambelt at some point, VWSA had to chip in. Dont buy a used car there, they will lie to you and if it has a problem they will try by all means to dodge, hopefully management changed and the issues wont be experienced but for me I am good
