Woolworths Mokopane

Staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. Pricing at the till is not the pricing that is displayed om the shelves. Manager says it is tough luck - "just the wat it is".... is would drive to Polokwane to do my Woollies shopping, as bothe my husband and I have had the similar experience at this store- especially with the manager's attitude... we have recently moved to Mokopane from Pretoria, and have never had as bad experiences as this in Tswane...

Currently under renovation /extension. Staff members are welcoming and helpful.

The food section should upgrade!! It's better to buy at the mall of the north woolworths couse their veggies and fruit are always fresh and neetly packed! PLS GET RID OF YOURE MANAGER AT MOKOPANIE BRANCH!!!

Cashiers and supervisor on duty calling us names “Yellow bones”when we raise concerns. Talking as if you are not even there! Bad attitude!!!

Rate is Zero,zero zero. You know the reason: One cashier at the till point. **Branch manager has been called and never bother to apologize. I personally asked him to assist but he told he is not allowed to operate the till and the he just left. Never care of the customers that are in the shop.... This happened today Sunday 06 February 202. Wait to pay more than an hour? Aowa

Today woolworths cashier informed me that they no longer have plastic bags, What a embarrassing moment, Walking out with all my items loose in my hands.

This great little Woolies makes it at least bearable to live in this town. You can find your common items of traditional Woolies quality. The only issue is that it is quite small. It can run out of stock towards the afternoon, better to go earlier
