The newly built YogaWay Yoga & Pilates Studio, is nestled in the heart of Newlands Village Cape Town. YogaWay Studio offers both yoga and pilates classes, ranging from beginners to advanced, children and pre & post natal. Our yoga teachers have years of experience in Ashtanga, Iyengar and Hatha. We offer Vinyasa classes for all levels as well as a very basic beginners class. Our highly trained pilates teachers offer private sessions and group classes. They also specialise in rehabilitation of sports injuries, back problems and post natal care. Our students profit from personal attention as we keep our teaching and led classes very small. We are very fortunate to be situated in this quiet, leafy residential area under the protection of the majestic table mountain. Yoga Way has become an integral part of the Newlands community. We have used eco-sustainable materials whatever possible ans we are an entirely solar powered studio.
