Services are fully open and available with clean surroundings. I would suggest going in person rather than phoning in. And there is one attendant at reception catering for everyone, so patience is key. Kindly increase staffing for efficient & speedy service delivery.

It feels homey and welcome. Could use enough public facilities like printing as well as over the counter card swiping machine, for e-payments.

Located in quiet area. Fairly good service. One has to go there in person to get any help. Calling and enquiry online is useless. Overall the premises are kept in good shape. Outside parking on a slightly steep slope.

The worst service that you'll experience. You will wait hours upon hours just for someone to sign the relevant documents. I don't know about the personnel structure but why does it seem the front desk clerk does everything? I'm really disappointed that service was so slow. Can they just redo the entire Embassy and replace all the personnel with competent people?!!

Service was ok. Some information isn't available pn the website, eg passport renewal process, which makes it difficult to know what you need. The landline isn't monitored all the time so you also can't ask questions as much as you would prefer.
