The worst place you could ever go to we checked out a week early. We were locked out of our room for over 3 hours because one of my kids by mistake left the key in the room. We were told we need to go to another room and sleep there with out our belongings because they couldn't open our room for us! We contacted the agent she was unapologetic and couldn't even help us until we told them we going call the police to break the door open! This is an unheard of experience! How can they not open the door! We stayed in unit 524! One of the worst experiences!
The worst place ….. the entrance to the area is unfriendly… a battle to enter and exit.. the braai area have NO gas and you have no alternative to use. the suites cooking pan have no handle. The carpets are stained . Overall really not worth the expensive fee paid
