45 Madison

45 Madison has always felt like home since I first visited the property even before living here. Sierra was so welcoming and made me feel like a valued resident before I even signed my lease! I have nothing but great things to say about life as a 45 Madison resident. Maintenance is always available and requests are completed well, and in a very timely manner! The building is beautiful, well-maintained and is always being enhanced to sustain the quality of life it feels its residents deserve. I have loved every minute I have lived here, and would recommend 45 Madison to anyone looking for a safe, clean, quiet, and gorgeous place to call home!

My boyfriend and I moved here sight unseen and were so happy with that choice. Sierra the property manager is amazing. We lived in a one bedroom, but it never felt small because the apartments have high ceilings and get lots of light. There were occasionally issues with trash collection while we lived there not at the fault of the property which was sometimes difficult but only because we lived pretty close to the trash room. Can't recommend enough!

I loved every minute of living at 45 Madison apartments! It is a beautiful complex with so many convenient amenities. It was so fun to be able to walk right down the street and be on the Plaza - honestly the best location I've ever lived in. The property manager - Alycia, along with all the staff from maintenance, cleaning, etc. goes above and beyond. They are always quick to respond and address any situations that arise.

My roommate and I have really loved living at 45 Madison so far. Good close location to the Plaza and Westport. The amenities are maintained well pool and gym especially. I think living here is a great value given the location, amenities, and space in the unit.

Just moved in and already one of my favorite places I've lived. Lots of amenities which are always clean and well kept. Maintenance takes care of things quickly and are always so polite and courteous. Sierra in the front office is incredibly helpful and kind. She always follows up with the residents if there is a problem and is on top of things!

great place lots of events, management is on top of things always especially in emergencies! friendly environment. thick walls so don't hear your neighbors! i’ve recommended to so many people already!

This wonderful place has been my home for the past 4 years. Everyone from the maintenance team to the leasing office is so prompt in response time/requests they have really set the bar high for my future home. Sierra, the property manager, is the absolute best!! I will miss 45 Madison, esp the amazing gym and pool amenities and mostly the awesome people who have made my time here so enjoyable :

The best apartment complex!! Great people and office managers that made my move in so easy and pulled strings for me to move in the last minute when I needed a place. Great location, definitely recommend!

I moved into this apartment 1.5 weeks ago and from the very beginning, Sierra has been such a delight to work with. She was kind, professional and helped minimize the stress during the moving process. Upon moving in, there were some home cleaning products and wine on the kitchen counter, which was such a wonderful surprise. After moving in, there were several things around the apartment that needed to be fixed. Each time I let Sierra know about the various issues, she helped get the maintenance team on it right away. Every issue was resolved within 24 hours. The entire staff at 45 Madison Apartment is incredible and I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.
