Haden Lofts

Hayden Lofts is a wonderful place to live! I specifically have appreciated Sam who works in the front office. He helped me with my renewal and a potential upgrade. He has been informative and helpful in both processes. I know whatever my issue or request Sam has it covered. 5/5 HL is well run and works hard to keep residents enjoying their homes.

I love how serene and safe it is here! I do hope to see more of my neighbors because they have been lovely so far! I have enjoyed meeting the Property Manager Sam because he is so charming!

I cannot say enough about my experience living at Hayden Lofts. Over 3 years, I was treated with the respect and care of family members. The leasing team was overly helpful and supportive when I had a home buying experience fall through last minute after giving my notice. They not only allowed me to stay through my original lease, but they applied any fees I had paid for breaking my lease toward future rent payments. This type of service is UNHEARD OF in the rental community. Not only did they settle my mind financially, but I sincerely felt like they cared about me as a human. Additionally, communication with the office is clear, timely, and professional. The team is really a dream to work with!! The maintenance team is also outstanding! Cory is quick to respond and so kind and helpful. He’s seriously the best! You pretty much can’t find a better place to live - it’s beautiful, a steal for the property and services, and has a phenomenal staff. I’ve rented for over 10 years at more than 5 locations in the Columbus area and I 10/10 recommend Hayden Lofts!!

I loved living in here, in total, I lived here 2 years The apartment-style and common areas are great. Since I enter I felt very welcome, especially by the lease manager, she always helped me with all my doubts. I never had any maintenance issues, so I did not have experience with it.

Gorgeous apartment, great community. I was visiting a friend's home. She is in love with this place. She stated the staff is amazing!

After living here for over 2 years I can't reccommend this community enough. The staff are incredibly accommodating, courteous, and always willing to do what they can to ensure your needs are met. I became quite good friends with the maintenance manager, Corey, and you will be hard pressed to find someone as good at his job as he is. The units are updated, unique, and kept immaculate. There is no other place in Dublin or Columbus I'd rather live.

Great location and amenities. Love all the natural light, how the kitchen is set up, and the shower! Price per apartment is a little high considering how much space/ storage you get. Have also had some appliance problems dishwasher not draining/ drying and molding.

I lived here from may of 2021 to the end of November 2021, I had to cut my lease short and move for a new job. However, I honestly can't say enough kind things about the community and the staff at Hayden Lofts. The apartments are gorgeous and have a very nice luxury/industrial design that do make them feel very unique. The staff has always been a pleasure to work with and extremely quick to address any issues that arise, even during and after I had to break my lease.

My opinion hasn’t changed nearly 1 year later is a great place to live at, you don’t hear sounds through the walls or get bother anytime, the Parking lot is safe and everyone is respectful. They clean the snow rapidly. I did experienced an issue, the trash compactor is all across the property like I live over by the entrance and have to drive to it or walk 7 mins just to throw my trash away, wish the was another trash compactor in the opposite part of the property.

A bit pricey but nice modern apartments. Leasing staff were nice. Ammenaties were pretty good.
