A-1 Pioneer Moving and Storage

This is a wonderful company to do business with. Jason was very kind and helpful and even gave me suggestions as to how I could lower the cost of my moving. The staff is exceptional from the office people to the movers that came to my home. The movers treated my belongings with great care. They were hard working and fast and also very polite. I would definitely use this company again and will also recommend them to others.

The key here is it is a local company. The crew they sent us was very methodical and caring in the way they treated you. They took care and acted as though they were moving their own belongings. The office is just as easy and caring as the guys moving you. We had a little issue with a refrigerator that we purchased and the receptionist came to my house and took care of the problem. We have moved a couple of times locally and used movers, but have never had this kind of care and service

So impressed by our hard working crew of three and the nice customer service at A-1 Pioneer!!! The crew was so fast and communicative! I love how they put plastic on the stairs and covereved the floors to prevent damage. They also wrapped items and kept very organized. My only disappointment with the company is that, for both the loading and then the unloading two days later, they were 2-3 hours later than scheduled. It caused a few issues with the people moving into our previous house, with the babysitters, and with the friends we had coming to help. But Jason was helpful and did what he could to help the situation. Overall, I would definitely use this company again and I’m so glad we chose them for our move!!

I called and made arrangements with Jason Bagley. I had already moved to our new city and was making arranagemnts to have his labors load our belongings into three PODs. Jason was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We scheduled his labors to arrive on a Tuesday and Thursday. They arrived on time, were extra careful and polite. Thanks for your help
