Rented a car dolly from them. It was the best customer service experience I have ever had anywhere. Sabrina is the best, she knows her stuff! Once the dolly was hooked up my lights weren’t working on the trailer. Sabrina went right to work. She took the time and changed my fuse and sent me on my way. Rent was simple and easy. Seriously, Sabrina is the best!!!

Booked my truck online a week in advance and when I came in after a signature and a few minutes wait for them to pull around the truck I was on my way. Brought it back and the return process was just as fast. Was helped by Jeff both times and it was a great experience. Would go back to rent again

Poor experience when I called in. The person who answered the call didn't understand my question, I was calling to see if they had adjustable height hitches. The wrong question was answered. When I tried to explain what I was looking for, she hung up on me. I will not go there again. I am fairly patient, but felt this call was rude.

The trucks are much better maintained than some other uhauls ive been to. Most locations their trucks all feel like the steering wheel is tied with bungie cords to the front tires. As are almost all uhauls, this one is in a PITA spot to get in and out in a big truck.
