Aileen, Allen, and Jose A were excellent. The company called the day before to confirm, on the day of the moving team called before arrival and arrived 15 minutes early. Their estimate was right on the dot, the equipment was clean and in good order. These three guys worked nonstop with no nonsense. Everything was well cared for and no damage to anything. I would definitely use this company, this team again. This gets my highest recommendation.

Sandra and her team did an amazing job! This is the second time her team has helped me and I couldn’t be more pleased with how professional, friendly and efficient they were! Thank you very much. I will use them again the next time I move.

Working with Sandra’s crew was amazing! They were so helpful and I didn’t have to lift a finger. This was my first experience hiring movers and I highly recommend All My Sons moving crew. Ask for Sandra. She’s bad ass.

We had to find a mover in a hurry to pack and move our home contents to another state. All My Sons was able to accommodate us with this challenging effort. The packers put in extra hours to make it happen. They packed an wrapped all fragile items to ensure a safe delivery. We appreciated the commitment of all the employees who helped us.

When we retained All My Sons services we were asked a series of questions about the items we needed moved. We then received a quote based on those answers and put money down to solidify our desire to utilize their services. The quote states that we will be moved on Sunday. However, when All My Sons arrived on Sunday to move us they told us that they could NOT and would NOT move us, that it would be cheaper for us if they wait until tomorrow. We were told that they would come back the next day, Monday, first thing in the morning at 8:00 am. I personally waited for them for over 2 hours. I was there before 8:00 to make sure I could give them specific instructions but had to leave before they arrived at 10:00 am so my assistant stayed. Instead of following my assistant to the new building upon leaving the primary location, they went North past the freeway entrance even though the secondary location is South. They were in transit for over an hour even though Google says that the buildings are only 5.7 miles from one another and 9 minutes via I-15. I paid the final bill around 6:00 pm because and only because they do not unload your belongings unless you pay; this was only after speaking with Conlin about my displeasure with the charges. They did not have to unpack or set up any of our items, so it only took them a half hour to unload all of our belongings 10 feet from where the truck was parked. The packing materials were supposed to total $89; however, I realize that it says “Final Price Based on Actual Used” but nowhere in the invoice or any explanation that we have requested from All My Sons do they explain what materials were used that would quadruple the bill.
We were originally quoted as follows:
3 men for $159
3 men on Sunday $179
4 men on Sunday $199
We were never quoted a 5-man crew, nor would we have expected to pay more than the $179 per hour rate on a week day since it was All My Sons that changed the date of the move inconveniencing us. We had to open and run our business without our furniture for a week because of All My Sons inability to complete the job we originally hired them to do. If All My Sons had fulfilled our contract on Sunday, then they would have been able to “completely setup in your new [office].” However, since they did not fulfill our actual contract we had to wait until we weren’t actively treating patients to hire another moving company to place the furniture where it needed to go. We recognize that they did do work and have no problem paying for what they did actually do but we wanted to be moved on Sunday for a reason. Even though we spoke with the owner, Richard, the hours were not corrected, the packing materials were never explained, and no discounts were applied for the major inconvenience and extra expense this cost us.
