Absolutely loved this Uhaul. The staff here, especially the Ubox employees, went way out of their way to help serve our family. They were incredibly helpful, nice and even gave us free water when we were emptying the unit on a hot day. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone. We also had a fantastic experience with the Ubox move overall from Florida.

Unhappy with the service and staff usually make feel like they don't care about us. Price for rental is okay and no complain on that but I think better customer service is almost necessary.

Had an issue with the lock on the truck and politely asked if it could be replaced. The female representative condescendingly told me that the locks are for their use and I would need to buy one for myself. (The phone representative told us to go back and they'd swap it out for us). Luckily a different person behind the counter overheard her rude tone during the conversation and happily lended me a lock to borrow. Very grateful for his interaction otherwise this would've been escalated.

On Tuesday 12/1917 I went in to reserve a 26’ truck and a tow dolly. The representative assured me it was reserved for after hours pick up at 9pm and I would get an email with directions on how. Friday 12/22/17 after not receiving any additional info I called. There was no reservation. My wife had to leave work early to rush over and get the truck and tow dolly with me. We told them we would need it till 9pm on 12/23/17. No problem you have until we open to return it. We picked up the 26’ truck and decided after it was loaded we would get the tow dolly. We picked up the tow dolly on 12/23/17 around 1 pm. We returned both the truck and the tow dolly around 8:40 pm on 12/23/17. We backed in placing the tow dolly still connected to the 26’ truck up to another truck and in between two trailers to prevent theft. So far not great but not bad customer service. Well on 12/24/17 they checked in the truck and charged two days rental and insurance, but never checked in the tow dolly. On 12/26/17 I get a phone call asking where the dolly is? I explained where we left it and asked them to check their cameras. The salesman said he would check his lot. 2 hours later no phone call back so I have to call them. I find out they did find the trailer which they checked in on 12/26/17 and charged again 2 Days rental for a trailer we had in our possession less then 8 hours. And two days insurance again. This is a scam. You know when the truck was checked in. Yet because you failed to check in the trailer I have to pay extra. I did call customer service and I am awaiting a charge back to my card. Based on experiences so far I am not hopeful it will happen. I still needed a small truck to move. Budget and Penske didn’t have a 10’ truck so on 12/26/17 I rented from the Murray store. Night and day experience. If you need a truck drive the few extra miles to Murray. Avoid this store at all costs. Bad customer service very bad.

I just called these guys asking about their storage units and a man answered and I said, "Hey, Im interested in your storage units. I just have a few questions about size availability and pricing." I hear him go, "I have a guy wanting to ask a bunch of questions about storage units. Then after a brief pause he tells me "No thanks, we aren't interested." *Hangs up* Most unprofessional service I've seen. Someone needs to send these clowns to a customer service class or get a new crew cause the other reviews I've read say these guys are trash.
