I have no grand complaints, truck was squeaky but ran. Young employees were nice, the older ones not so much. I don't know what it is but even the store manager seemed like he was completely uninterested and was letting the day get to him. I've read alot of other reviews and I agree service is definitely questionable depending on who you get, but they were flexible with adding days on my rental and such and the equipment didn't completely suck so yea.. However, do not buy the 19.99 TV easy move box, or at least examine it thoroughly beforehand. It's 2 pieces of cardboard and small awful foam inserts.

I wish it would let me put 0 stars. I have nothing good to say about this location and store. I want to tell you the details about what happened so you know how they treat people and it wasn't just one person who made a mistake, but many who were dishonest. We wanted to put a trailer hitch on our jeep. I called and scheduled it on monday 4/9. I told them we had a jeep cherokee. They said they would have the part in and could do it on friday 4/13. We live 45 minutes away but we took it up and they said it would be about two hours till the wiring and trailer hitch were finished and ready for pick up. We left with our other car and ran some errands and over an hour later they called to say they didn't have the right part. Before we had left before they were pulling into the bay to start it and over an hour later they weren't even started and then they said that they had the wrong part. They said we told them it was a cherokee but they put in their system a Grand Cherokee which is different than the downsided cherokee. We never told them it was a grand but oh well. We had them do the wiring so when we came back we just had to have the hitch installed and it would be faster. We picked it up and left. Then they said that they had to order the correct one and we rescheduled it for thursday 4/19. The night before my 8 am appointment they called to say it wasn't in and they would need to move my appointment to friday 4/20. I called thursday night to make sure they had it in and the man on the phone told me that it wasn't in yet but would be by the next morning before my 8 am appointment for sure. I called at 7 that morning when they opened and the guy said it had been there for two days and when I said that the man the night before said it wasn't there, he said "Oh, he probably just lied to you because we couldn't fit your on our schedule" I would have understood except I had already been on the schedule for the day before and I HATE being lied to. I finally went in that morning and they said it would only be an hour, which it took more than two hours which I had to just sit and wait for just to have the hitch part installed. Then the worst part was we got home and I hadn't even looked at it because I wanted to scream at these people from the mountaintop in having me drive down three times for all their mistakes, over 45 minutes away with a five month old and sitting and waiting to be lied to. That afternoon my husband went to look at it and the wires had been connected and were sitting in the middle of our trunk (they do not do any good on a trailer there) but they had not been threaded through so he had to get on the ground and hook them up correctly. This took a while and we had to finish the job we paid them hundreds to do. Then I called and asked to talk to a manager. I was holding it together and being super nice. They said here is the manager and transferred me. I thought this was who I was talking to and after explaining everything, I was told "I am sorry this happened, I wrote everything out and will send it to the manager and they will contact you". I was out of service area when the store manager called later and he left a voicemail saying "Lets reschedule you to come in for us to rethread the wire to the correct place" So frustrating. I already did that, DUH!!!!!!! Then I called him back and he was gone, it was less than 45 minutes later. The lady said "He is already gone for the day. Let me get your info and I will send him everything to call you back" and then she hung up on me. May have been a mistake but then I kept trying to call back and never was able to get ahold of them. I thought Uhaul was a good company but this is ridiculous. I want a refund of some type or something done about this horrible experience. Rant over!! Just beware when going here to get trailer hitches on.

I can always get a truck when I need it and very helpful employees, Also the manager here is very helpful and friendly

The employees were friendly, the truck ran well, and it was clean. My only two complaints was that none of the trucks were warmed up(and it was a cold morning with a very frosted windshield), and there's basically no parking on site. Check in, and check out were both very fast and easy.

I've rented trucks from this location twice while moving. Overall the experience has been great. This last time there was an error with my reservation time but they were able to fix the issue quickly and I still picked my truck up as planned.
