Mergenthaler Transfer & Storage

I do not recommend this company at all! I used their service to move from SLC to Knoxville, TN in December 2016. I am not pleased with their services and they did not reimburse MY LOSSES. The packaging that the salesman presentes to us for packing the kitchenware was never used in actual moving process! They lost some of our items and due to a technicality refused to pay for them. They also broke items from our valuable items and again due to the technicallity refused to pay for them. I am angry because they broke some of our valuable and irreplaceable items and refused to reimburse them! Not even a proper apology for their bad services! The INSURANCE department of this company is HORRIBLE! The only good thing for them was timing, sticking to their schedule and providing free used boxes.

Mergenthaler did a good job with our move. I had a few interactions with Makisi, the GM, and he's a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Mergenthaler to anyone considering using a moving company.

As a driver I was scheduled to pick up 2 hot loads (late load) from merganthaler and take them to Texas, I showed up on the first scheduled day and they told me the load was not ready, putting me 2-3 days behind my already late schedule

Great moving company. Moved from Utah to California. They were super careful with our stuff. Very detail oriented. And on time. You even get free moving boxes.

We were absolutely thrilled with the results and expertise of Mergenthaler Transfer and Storage. Every single person we worked with was skilled and knowledgeable in packing our belongings and moving everything to Montrose, Colorado. I would recommend them above any other company.
