Redman Van & Storage Co.

I have a confirmed delivery date from Ikea for this company to deliver a couch on Friday, but rather than delivering, they say they might be able to tell me the actual date they will deliver on that Friday. So, no delivery Friday, but maybe they can tell me when it will be then. Maybe. You cannot reach the person responsible for scheduling deliveries (although the receptionist is nice). I was finally put in contact with her after asking to speak to a manager more than a week after the first call. I was told I was next on her to do list to call back three days ago and crickets. Its outrageous that you have to be present to receive an item and get no communication whatsoever. Go with someone else if possible.

The Redman Van & Storage team (Lennon and Stu) are excellent at what they are doing. They prepared/organized the activities very well and it was so smooth. They constantly communicated with us in each step of the process and answered all the questions which helped eliminated the frustration and stress in the moving process. All the staffs were careful with our belongings and minimize any possible damages. This is the best moving service we have ever experienced. We'll definitely call Stu and Lennon for our next move.

Redman packed our belongings for an air shipment and sea shipment to an international destination. They did a great job! Lennon coordinated our move and was quick to respond to our questions and Fernando managed the packing- he was awesome. They were efficient, considerate, and safe. They were also understanding as we added things to our shipment at the last minute. I would highly recommend this company and there admin staff for an international move. Update: our belongings arrived in near perfect condition. Two glass pieces of picture frames were broken and one small mirror. For an entire household of things to travel thousands of miles- it was impressive.

We just concluded a move of our household possessions using Redman Van & Storage and we couldn't be happier with the process and the results. Our Moving Coordinator, Lennon Natter came to our house, explained how RV&S and North American Van Lines would coordinate with us to select dates for loading and moving our possessions to our new home in a different State. Lennon provided us with a bid that saved us several hundred dollars over the competing bids. We had a couple of issues arise with the sale of our home and Lennon was very accommodating in making the changes we needed to our assigned moving date. The driver assigned to our move was Stu Malaefono, and he was amazing. Stu knew that moving could be stressful for the home owner, so he continually checked with us to make sure we were doing OK. We can honestly say that Stu and his crew didn't break, scratch or lose any of our possessions. They carefully protected the door jams and floors at each end of the move. We would highly recommend RV&S, Lennon and Stu to everyone who has a need for a moving company. They truly are a great team. Richard Weathered

Overall experience with Redman Van & Storage was A+. Stu arrived on time, full of energy and enthusiasm. He did a fantastic job packing and loading the truck. At the destination he was awesome unloading and remembered where everything he packed was. My last move took a year or two off my life. This move without and Redman gave me back my faith in movers. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you!
