Arrow Moving & Storage

Kris and Tim were excellent and efficient. We had predispositions that moving would be horrible but they made it painless and easy. We really appreciate their hard work and the quality of work they provide. They were very helpful with everything. Also Kris and Tim made us feel like moving isn’t so scary. I love how friendly they were and just how professional they made the company and themselves look. I would recommend this crew do every house. Awesome job! Both of these guys exceeded and set my expectations for moving!!!!

Great, hardworking crew! They were all very careful and specific with our items and were all very nice and courteous!! Would highly recommend!! We had 2 different crews that we worked with.... the first being the packers (Brittney, Sarah, Tatiana, Josh, Claudia, Maryann, Sherie). The next crew were all the loaders and super hard workers!!! Thanks so much!

Long review...bare with me...but these men are worth the novel. I promise. I have never used a moving company before. I have heard some horror stories from other friends of mine and have always felt more comfortable mo in myself. But this time I had a pretty big move and decided to try out a company. I could not have had a better experience with arrow moving and storage. They called me right away and made sure I knew exactly how the process would work. They were very easy to schedule and work with when planning the dates for my move. I had frequent email and phone contact with them confirming my dates and times and making sure I was up to speed and prepared. The inspector they sent out was fabulous. And I went into expecting good things. So today was the big day and my expectations were far exceeded. Not only Kris pack and prep my entire house BY HIMSELF in 1 day, he made sure I knew exactly how he was doing it and why. he was meticulous about making sure the boxes were organized and rooms did not get mixed. He took the absolute best care of my fragile items and sentimental items And pictures. Then Kris and Tim came out again to load everything on the truck. They did a fabulous job. I was walked through the inventory process, they wrapped and padded and organized everything perfectly. I don't think I could have done a better job myself. These guys worked so hard getting my house packed. they only stopped once for a quick break and we're quickly back at it. Not to mention they are quite a duo. Extremely professional, courteous, beyond nice. Talkative and friendly and comfortable. It did not feel like I had 2 strangers in my house. It felt like I had good friends helping me with another move. GREAT experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone. Keep up the good work!!

Day 1&2: (Packing) MaryAnn and Anna are the best packers I’ve witnessed in my 29 years with the military, and with more moves than I can count. Their attention to detail and care with packing up our house was exceptional. These two ladies packed 150+ boxes in two days. Day 3: (Moving) Steve, Jordan, James, & Sam arrive. They all introduced themselves. They all had positive attitudes, and were ready to get to work. I received the same professional care with this team! They policed up after themselves so well, literally leaving with very little to clean up. Again, best moving service I’ve ever experienced. Thanks so much for doing such an amazing job! Today I had the pleasure of working with the greatest crew of packers/movers! They helped me get through one of the most stressful days I’ve had in 14 years of military life. Each team member was authentically themselves as well as tremendously professional. They took extra care to make sure I was always satisfied, comfortable, and happy with the packing and loading of my household goods. They prepared my house to take the increased traffic with floor runners, guarded my door jams with protective blankets that doubled as an insurance for moving my furniture as well. They explained every piece of paperwork, the inventory, and every signature I was giving. If I could give ten stars, I would. Big high fives to my crew from Arrow moving and storage of Utah. Mary Ann, Brittany, Kris, Corey, Tim, and Nester a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart, I enjoyed meeting and working with each of you. Thank you again for the positive attitudes, silly jokes, and overall the confidence y’all do your jobs with. Best of luck to each of you.
