Penske Truck Rental

Drove from Orlando to Salt Lake City and other than the leaky roof on the passenger side everything else was good. I'd recommend them for a moving truck company ( not doing that drive again though 🤠).

The guy here (Fred or Frank) really helped us out of a bind when a moving company just refused to show up. He called around to make sure we got a car tower for our truck before we had to leave and got us the truck and moving stuff right away so we could get out of our apartment before the lease ended

I had the absolute worst experience with this company. They gave me my truck over 2 hours late, gave me the wrong Car carrier which caused us to leave over 12 hours late for our trip. They charged me over 600 dollars for 2 different car carriers and I left with none with the hopes to get one in PA. I had to fight with the company multiple times because communication between employees does not exist. I finally got the car carrier in PA, and drove to my destination for them to have the wrong return date and time. I finally received a refund for one of my car carriers and I was thankful to finally return it. I will never go through this company again. Even though it was cheaper than uhaul, I never had as many problems as I did with penske.

No frills truck rental. Got a practically new truck with 5000 miles on it. Drove it across country and it drove great.
