Talked to about 4 different storage centers in the area. All of which had bad customer service and were dirty and unreliable. Drove past towns storage and walked in and was immediately at peace once talking with Rolanda the site manager. She found interesting ways to connect with me and make me feel comfortable and offered me water. We love the space and it is easy to access our unit even though it is down a hallway. they offer options of units you can drive to as well as ones in a hallway for a little less. So grateful I found this place!!

The staff is absolutely the best! They really helped out with everything and went above and beyond. The storage units are all neat and clean. I would recommend them to everyone! Best customer service around!

Best experience ever! The staff is wonderful and go above and beyond! Storage units are nice and clean. No complaints here! Best decision ever :)
