Bailey's Moving and Storage

They were a day late on delivery they broke all kinds of things cracked my headboard crush boxes drop boxes and put them on their side when it said fragile stand up. All the help left and me and my brother had to help unload the truck. P.S. We pay $500 hundred dollar for insurance extra and the insurance is only for 9 months, it's been 5 months and we've done everything to try to get them out here. They keep on given us the run around. They say one day that there sending some to look at the stuff . no one comes to look at our stuff that they broke. It's been 5 months, they still haven't come or anything. So there trying to put it off until the Insurance expires. So just to get this on the record. I guess I will have to get her attorney.

I’m part of an Allied Fleet. While visiting this facility I was shown much lack of professionalism with out remorse, particularly with Mike, a warehouse associate. Bailey’s are you sure your core competencies didn’t come from Graebel?

Worst moving company to use for delivery. Home Depot and JC Penney use this company for their delivery service. They damaged my wall (huge hole on wall on two tone paint) when they were delivering appliances. It took them nearly a week to respond to my call. They also damage the refrigerator and now waiting for replacement. They were unprofessional and reckless. They did not adjust the range and on top of all of that they asked for a tip.

They just moved our stuff and I am very pleased and impressed. They carefully wrapped everything to ensure safe transport. I would definitely recommend them. Armando Carrillo and his company were amazing. Two thumbs up for these guys!!!!
