A Cleaner Tomorrow Dry Cleaners

Well my wife put a few pair of paints in the cleaners...4 to be exact...and also ro be altered... Well after over a week she goes to pick up our pants and they wasnt ready. Wife goes back up there only one pair of pants instead of four... Didnt know what happened to the other three pair of pants... He told my wife dont worry he will handle it free of charge... These clothes was brand new!!! We had an out of town event to attend to that Friday... We waited for the store to open... waited around and called and no one answered the phone. So now ita time for us to go to Maryland with out our clothes....These people still had my burgandy pants to my new suite ...and the kids new pants... So when we got Maryland i had to buy a new suite and had to buy the kids new clothes also... Which cost was over $200. BUT WAIT!!! Thia story gets more interesting!!! When we finaly get back in town... Our clothes are ready that we have already replaced at our cost. Now they are not dealing with my wife any more ...they are dealing with me... The owner story completely changes from what he told my wife. Now he wants me to pay for it after he told my wife it was free... Goes on to tell me about he does 700 alterations a week, but all i cared about was my three pair of paints... Then tells me about his seamstress sowing machine broke down which was non of my business...this story goes on and on... After all this went on and we had to buy new clothes for the occasion. I still had to pay 40 something dollars to get my clothes out the cleaners that was suppose to be at his cost. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT CLEANERS!!! CAN YOU PLEASE TAKE ME OUT OF YOUR REGISTRY???

The staff at A Cleaner Tomorrow have been nothing but professional every time I've visited any of their locations. I recommend them to all my friends and family for their laundry needs as I trust them to do the job correctly.

Great work and friendly staff! Always come here to get my husband's uniforms "military pressed" and they always have it perfect and ready on time!
