Fast and friendly service! I was able to speak with the Manager, Jamie, in regards to some concerns for my wife's items. Jamie was happy to ease those concerns, and address them immediately. The items were ready as stated on the pick up slip, and my wife was impressed. Thank you for the service!

I took my wedding dress to be cleaned and preserved. They told me it would take a week. I went back in a week later and they hadn't even started on the dress. It was still hanging in the front of the store. They asked me to give them another week. I didn't come back for 5 weeks, plenty of time to do the work. They couldn't find my dress. When it was found they hadn't even cleaned it much less preserved it. I didn't let them keep the dress after that, these people are incompetent.

They lost my business over $10 today. The front girl told me that if you bring in 10 items or more you get a 15% discount. The next time I brought in 14 items, a different front girl was there and wasn't aware of the discount; she said that she's a "presser" and was making extra money by working the front but that if the other girl told me that, it was true. I picked up my cleaning today and the original front girl was working. When I asked her about the discount she said I had to bring in 10 pieces of laundry or 10 pieces of dry cleaning. I told her that I brought in 14 pieces of dry cleaning, she said "no, you have 5 pieces of laundry and 9 pieces of dry cleaning", I told her I'd asked for everything to be dry cleaned. She said "did you say no starch?", I had, and she said "well, laundry is no starch, you shouldn't have said anything about the starch". Seriously? The girl who checked my clothes in asked me about the starch after I asked for everything to be dry cleaned, I told the girl of my exchange with the presser and her comment to me was "well, sorry about the mix up, you'll know now for next time". What kind of racket are those two running? There won't be a next time. They're not the only cleaners around. I'll be taking my cleaning to a business with integrity.
