Dry Clean City

I took in my favorite wool coat that had had an unfortunate evening about a week before. This coat was vomited on and then washed off in a bathtub. Then it spent a week in a trash bag growing mold before it was returned to me. Needless to say, it’s a miracle it looks, and smells this good today. So thankful!

This store has a new black woman with a really nasty and demeaning attitude. The service has gone from great to poor and prices have increased. The quality of their dry cleaning is inconsistent and it is just not worth it to put up with a ghetto queen, especially now that the new clerk has started locking the doors early so that she won't be kept late by last minute customers. There are 3 good cleaners within 2 miles either direction. I will go elsewhere until they get back to their old level of service.

Decent cleaners. The staff has always been nice to me. There is a competing cleaners across the street that ruined several shirts by losing multiple buttons. I haven't had that happen at dry clean city. Not the best at stain removal. Priced reasonably.

Owner doesn't follow up with issues. Cancelled my payment though my bank; don't need the drama, will pay more elsewhere. Good luck!

I have been taking my clothes to Dry Clean City for over 2 years. I am usually not one to write reviews but feel compelled to do so as I have been consistently impressed with their service. In past experiences with dry cleaning shops, my blouses would frequently look worn-out after being dry cleaned and successful stain removal was rare. This has not been the case with Dry Clean City- my clothes almost always come back to me looking like new, which is quite a feat considering many of them are silk blouses. Most of the items I drop off have stains and I'm always surprised by what they are able to remove. They are incredibly diligent in removing stains and over the past 2 years, there have only been two occasions where the staff were unable to completely remove old stains. In both cases, I fully expected this to be the case when I dropped the items off and was simply hoping for a miracle as I have seen them work wonders with other garments. Whenever they are unable to remove a stain, they communicate this by hanging a special tag on the hanger so you at least know they tried. This shows incredible attention to detail on their part. I am shocked by some of the bad reviews as my experiences have been quite the opposite. I have never had any items damaged or lost. The young women that work here are professional, friendly, and even manage to remember my name. In addition to their quality work and excellent service, their prices are great and my clothes are always ready on the following day after 5pm.
