Dry Clean City Corporation

Cheap prices - yes. But is it worth it? No. They ruined two sweaters of mine and it took over one month per occurrence to get the owner to help me. He doesn’t return calls. The owner has never been trained on customer service, clearly. Save your money. I won’t be returning.

Ruined a $1200.00 dollar Rene’ Lezard Lightweight Dress Jacket! The mgr. was a discourteous Latino. They had 2 machined cuts on the right arm and they were no even willing to fix it. My Mom recommended them to me. Boy what a mistake . Well you live and learn where not to take your dry cleaning or even launder and press. They don’t care about business reputation all! THEY SUC!

Horrible customer service,and my suit looked as though it has been placed on a dryer. Covered in lint and gave me a double crease.

Discourteous at best, downright rude most likely and full on dishonest at worst. Highly difficult to get in and out of building location; located in corner of multi-road intersection. Nightmare at rush hour. Several large speedbumps. Just moved, went on website to look at times of business and saw a tab prominently labeled "coupons". Took picture of 10% new customer coupon. Showed coupon when dropping off clothes and the girl at the register called over a man who appeared to be in charge. He said that the coupon had to be applied at the end and although they normally require payment upfront - I should come back between 5pm-7pm the next day and pay when everything was ready for pickup. When I returned the next day, promptly at 5pm the girl at the register called over a Woman, who appeared to be in charge, about the coupon. This woman flat out refused that any coupons exist for the business, that the picture I had off of - their own website - was "a fake" and that the "system does not allow for any price reductions". I told her it was just a good faith gesture for a new customer to honor the website and she refused. Following up to tell me to go to another dry cleaners if I want and that maybe I "could get lucky when [he] is at work". I did not really care about 10% off but I did need a new local dry cleaner and starting off a relationship with such misleading business tactics was very unnerving. There are plenty of other, better, options for dry cleaning - do not give yourself the headache of going to dry clean city corporation.
