Poor customer service. It’s very tough to communicate with these people. No response to online request for pickup-delivery sign up for over 2 months. No replies to the email sent using ‘message manager’ option. The staff at the store had no idea how their service works. The coupon was picked up but not reflected in the invoice. Delivered wrong item, when called the store, the lady had no concern to help and after redirecting the call to two different people she said please call the main store, we have no idea how to resolve this. Overall, they brag about great customer service and friendly people, but I had the exact opposite experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

Wonderful people! Always a smile and courteous service. It's obvious my business is appreciated. I am a "long time" customer and would not go anywhere else for the care of my clothing wardrobe.

I have office pick-up and drop off in downtown Raleigh. The service is convenient, friendly, and always on time. Steven Bannoura, my driver, is courteous and efficient, which is much appreciated.

Excellent service. High quality results from laundry and dry cleaning of shirts, bed linen, etc. Cost about the same as others but quality service, including pick up and delivery at my condo, gives them the advantage for me
