Vogue Dry Cleaners Alteration

I recently had alterations on a tuxedo jacket that was not satisfactory. It was an obvious flaw which left one side of the jacket clearly wrong. When I took it back the lady in alterations was very rude and loud with me. She said it must need to be pressed and she doesn't do pressing. The people in the cleaners said it wasn't in the pressing it was the alteration. I agreed with them but would not let the rude person in alteration touch my jacket again. Hopefully they will donate the $28 I paid to a Christmas charity.

I have been providing technical services to this business for years so I have had the opportunity to observe the customer service every time I visit. Paul and his wife Beth, the owners, know almost every one that comes in by name. They are always willing to work with someone if they need something turned around quickly. I have observed issues or mistakes like any businesses will have but they have always been quick to address them and make it right. Highly Recommended.

I took a dress in for a hole in a pocket to be fixed. I saw the alterations woman and showed her the hole. When I picked it up, nothing had been done to it. They charged me for fixing it, but I didn't notice that the hole had not been fixed until I got home. They also only go by your name; no ticket stubs or anything to show what you're leaving with them or what you're getting done. I assume they charged me for fixing the hole since there was no mention of any reason why they wouldn't be able to fix it. I'm definitely going elsewhere from now on.

I have used Vogue Cleaners for several things. From Cleaning cloths to alterations of pants and even my wedding dress. Everyone is so friendly and eager to help to make sure I am happy with my needs. Was promised items and they are ready when I pick them up. If at anytime they had questions or unclear of my request I was contacted in a timely manner to make sure I would still get my items back when I needed them. Great job guys and thanks again for always making me a satisfied customer. 5 stars from this customer. Always recommend!!

I recently brought my dry cleaning here. I love shopping locally, especially when the prices are fair and the work is quality, and this was no different. I walked in and immediately was greeted by a smiling face, and was pleasantly surprised to see their daughters novel for sale on the counter, and of course got myself a copy of that as well. I highly recommend them for all of your laundry needs!!
