I took in a dress that was very important as it met the color scheme for my first grandchild's baby shower. My dress needed a hem, which I explained in detail to the attendant that took my dress. I check when I got home and NO HEM. I took it back the next morning and was told I wasn't charged for a hem but they could hem and get it back to me on Monday...4 days later and the day after the baby shower! Thanks for the horrible service!

They do such a great job on my work clothes, and have such a quick turn around time. Love this place!
