The prices are the best in town especially for a storage unit that is behind a locked gate! More than just the security the management is amazing! They seem to genuinely care that your needs are met! Not only do they do month to month but is also prorated! That is especially helpful for people who need storage for a short undetermined amount of time.

MILITARY FAMILY BE AWARE. We have horrible experience with this storage place. After 5 months using this storage, we came back and had rat poop and pee on all our stuffs. We had to throw away our furniture which was all covered in rat poop and pee (and of course we have to pay for the dumpster), a bunch of baby toys, carseats and then disinfected each boxes, item before taking it to the house. There was rat poop in all our dresser shelfs and we have to disinfect them and wash all our clothes again. Normally it takes us 4 days to organize our house but this time it took us almost 2 weeks. Not even mention that we have to buy a new sofa, and chairs and bunch of other items. We didn't know we can get a storage insurance since we never have this problem before. The only thing the manager of the place did was saying sorry for the experience. He can't even offer us a refund for the 25 days that we didn't use the storage ( we have to keep the storage for some extra days to store the infected items before throwing them out at the dumpster). Just a bad experience.

Clean. Nice staff and always let's you pay your bill over the phone so that helps when you live out of state.
