Steve took the time to pre treat the floors before working on them. He was fast and did an amazing detailed job. I have never had a company take as much attention to detail with the floors before. He got every thing out of my carpets. I will only be using him from now on to do any of my carpets. Thanks so much for the last minute appointment and getting the job done.

Awesome! Steve, the owner came out and did a fantastic job. We were moving so we had him clean the carpets in our whole house and when we got back we couldn't believe it. The carpets looked bran-new! My wife even noticed that he cleaned the carpet on the front and sides of the stairs. The carpet feels soft and looks like new! Would definitely hire him again.

My Groupon said what I paid was for 3 rooms. I only needed 2 rooms done. When I made the appointment, the owner told me the Groupon would only pay for 1 room and I needed to pay full price for the other! THEN I went to all the trouble of moving all my furniture the night before the morning appointment and I woke up to a message on my phone saying he wouldn't come because his other app. cancelled and I lived too far away! He couldn't re-schedule for 8 days! I was left with 4 kids in an empty house and no way to move the furniture back for 8 days?! He said it was too inconvenient for HIM! What about ME?! I'm the paying customer!!! What a JERK! (I called Healthy Home Carpet Cleaning instead and they came over within an hour). DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
