Hydro Clean Carpet Cleaning

I have always had a difficult time finding a good carpet cleaning company but I finally found one with Hydro Clean. They were very professional from the very beginning explaining in detail what would be cleaned and how. I was absolutely thrilled with the results and they made sure I was satisfied with what was done. If you want your carpets cleaned well and feel like the they make sure you are 100% satisfied, call Hydro Clean.

Hydro Clean just helped me erase the bitter (and stinky) memories of our dog's potty training days. The two technicians who arrived were professional and informative. The worked carefully and quickly, and were sincere in their efforts to make sure I was happy with the service. It was expensive--but worth it. Highly recommended!

Outstanding experience with Hydro Clean. Daniel and Zak kept me updated on their arrival time, were very knowledgeable, courteous and did a great job. The carpets looks new. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Daniel and Zak. You won't be disappointed. The company also offers a 10% military discount which was appreciated but I'd gladly hire them at full price due to the quality of the work.

I just had hydro clean at my house to clean four rooms. They first came out and cleaned 4 rooms and I wasn’t satisfied with how 2 of the rooms came out. The 2 rooms still smelled and seemed dirty! So, yesterday they sent another tech. Out who knew exactly how to fix the issue and today the carpet smells great and looks great too! He even re did a room that he had done two months ago, that he thought didn’t look too good. So, overall I am very happy and know that they are not trying to make a quick buck, but are looking to make customers for life! Daniel did a Great! Job and was very pleasant, friendly and thorough and in the future I will always request Daniel! Keep up the good work Daniel and thanks hydro clean for fixing the issue!

I have to say I am a bit disappointed with the service we received. The reason I chose Hydro Clean Carpet Cleaning was because some of the reviews stated they had removed stains. When I called, I asked specifically if they could get a tomato sauce stain out of carpet. I stated I didn't need the entire room cleaned, just the stain. They asked what we had already tried to remove the stain, which I explained to them, and they said they could do it the following day. Well, 20 minutes and $50 later, the stain is still there, and they cleaned the entire room. They said that what we had tried to do on our own had set the stain. I told them on the phone what we had tried, and if they thought that may have set the stain, that was the time to say as much, not after making an attempt and getting paid. They get 2 stars because they do provide professional and courteous customer service. My issue is, now I am back to square one, looking for a company who can remove the stain.
