Called in to book a cleaning as a surprise for my girlfriend. Lady who answered became very belligerent when I asked about background checks for their cleaners, and if they were insured and bonded. She interrupted me no less than 4 times to tell me: 

they don't do last minute cleans (My schedule was open, so this wasn't)
they only take cash or check (OK)
asked why my phone number is from out of area (Not only is it a pain to change your number but cell phones are portable, who knew?)
to rudely tell me they couldn't help me at all. 

This was BEFORE I ever got around to giving them an address, or home size, or if it was an apartment or single family home. I didn't get a chance to ask about cost or rates, or anything else. Thinking this had to be a misunderstanding, I left work and drove to the office on Templeton Gap, where I found the front door locked (thanks to the girl at the theater next door for helping me find the entrance!) and the space inside empty, at least from the open blinds. If asking about those things gets me this kind of response, I'm better off not having them in my home.

I have used Personal Touch Maid Services for many years. I hired them to help clean my parents' condo once a month. Typically, two ladies came out for a couple of hours to clean the bathrooms and kitchen. They were always efficient and extraordinarily friendly to my parents. It was always a highlight of my parents' day when the cleaners came. Cheryl, the owner, is the best, and ensures only the best work for her. I can't thank Cheryl and her team enough for the years of service they provided to my parents.

I do not have experience with the services of the this business, but this morning I was in traffic when I couldn't help but notice a person in a car with this business advertised on the car laying on the horn and screaming out the window at people who were powerless to do anything about the traffic situation. It was ugly. Not a great way to advertise. I would not want this person in my home.

They have cleaned my house multiple times, each time being completely thorough leaving my house beautifully clean. The employees are nothing but nice and helpful. I will always choose Personal Touch for my house cleaning!

They have cleaned my home since August of 2012 and have done an excellent job.  They are flexible and easy to work with.  I would recommend them to anyone.
