Maid to Shine

WOW! I had Maid to Shine clean my home last week and I am so impressed. Everything from arranging the date, what was needing to be cleaned and agreeing an ongoing maintenance was dealt with so professionally and with courtesy. It was fabulous to come home on Saturday evening and find my house in tip-top condition. The cleaning crew were fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending Maid to Shine.

We have used Maid To Shine for a number of years. We contracted with them so long ago I don't remember how long. What do I like about them? The price! The excellent job they do! The fact that usually I have the same person coming to clean unless my regular cleaner is on vacation. Saves me time explaining where everything is. They use my cleaning supplies if there is a special product I want used but their products are all environmentally friendly. They have always done a great job! They send reminders if my cleaning date...a great help! I also like the fact that they pay their staff well! One cleaning company I used for a short time always had turn over because they did not pay well or treat their employees well. Maid to Shine does not have that problem! I appreciate that fact...how they pay and treat their staff is important to us! We totally recommend them to anyone who is considering a home cleaning service!

I was reluctant to hire another Maid Service after several disappointments over the years. Many maid services would start off great and then start cutting corners, spending less time at the house with subsequent visits. My family and I would spend the night before the Cleaning team came, “prepping the house”. One maid service would not vacuum unless everything was off the floor. House cleanings with other maid services never took longer than 1-1 /2 hours, which is crazy for a 3600 square foot house. I knew that Maid to Shine was different at the first Cleaning. Two ladies were there at all times and breaks were covered without delaying the cleaning. Ashley, Jessie and Kara were very professional and went to work immediately. They were all very detail oriented and truly showed a passion for their work. I could tell they are happy with their work and enjoy working with each other and with the company. My first Cleaning was a General Cleaning which took about 8 1/2 hours. The results were amazing and worth the money. I will be doing monthly cleanings from now on, and I can’t wait to come home to a beautiful house after a long day at work! Thank you so much!

We have been using Maid to Shine for about three months now and love this service! Their office staff are always very helpful, and they are great about sending reminders for our upcoming service. Our cleaner is awesome--prompt, friendly, and so efficient! We always get excited when our cleaning week is coming up. I love how upfront the company is as well for what you are getting with each level of cleaning as well.
