People were friendly. I cleaned the whole day before they came and left a small list of things that asked to be completed. Like ceiling vents, window tracks, and above door frames. They completed about half of the list. I even left a tip for the crew. When I came to check on them they admitted that they showed late (supposed to be 10-10:30) they had just arrived at 11am. I came home at 1pm to see how things were going and the two ladies were gone. Then was charged $262 the next day. My recommendation.... Be there while they clean and don't leave a tip :)

Home Cleaning Center of America has been cleaning my home for the past 11 years. I like the concept of changing the teams from time to time so they don't get "stale". The idea of a manager accompanying each team that comes into my home gives me a level of confidence that allows me to give them a key for access, whether I am home or not. Thank you Home Cleaning Center for your flexibility and wonderful service over the years.

Michael and his crew do a wonderful job. After the crew cleans, the house always smells fresh and all the rooms and surfaces are thoroughly clean. I was quite pleased with the window washing service as well -- spotless, streak-free, and shiny windows. The prices are reasonable, this is a very professional business with friendly people, and I have been a happy customer for over 20 years.

HCCA has consistently gone above and beyond their ownership to satisfy their customers. We demonstrates how excellent customer service can have a lasting effect on customer relationships. Over the past couple months that i have been with this company, Carries attention to customer satisfaction has not gone unnoticed. Carrie works with customers until their problems are resolved and often goes an extra step to help upset customers be completely surprised by how far we will go to satisfy customers. Carrie is clearly a “people” person and shows her employees how grateful her crew is to her. Thanks again Carrie for all you do for your Customers and Employees -Michelle-
