Greenclean

We have Greenclean clean our house every month or so, and they always do a great job. Angela is very nice and professional! I also have them come do our office every other week to help us stay caught up with things. Love the products they use. And I choose the for the eco-friendly products they use. The place never smells like the harsh/dangerous chemicals that other places use.

They didn't show up to clean our house, and never called us back about what happened. We arranged last week for Greenclean to clean our house. Early on the morning of the appointment they left a voicemail with my wife saying that they couldn't come because we are outside their service area. 1) We are not outside their service area; I guess someone wrote down our address incorrectly. 2) Evidently they didn't check the address when we made the appointment. 3) Instead of double-checking with us the morning of the appointment, they simply announced that they were canceling. My wife called back and straightened out the address confusion. At that point it seemed like everything would be fine. About 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time one person showed up who said she is a new trainee. She did not have cleaning supplies, so was unable to do any cleaning on her own. She attempted to contact the person who she was supposed to work with and the home office, but said she was unable to get ahold of anyone. After half an hour of waiting she left. She was very apologetic and embarrassed. Over the course of the day my wife and I both tried a couple of times to contact someone at the company, but no one picked up. Eventually we left a message. This was a couple of days ago and we have still not heard back from anyone. Luckily we found another company that was able to clean our house on short notice.

Great Company! Their products are the BEST and safest for yourself, child and pets! Clean your house and make you want to come home and have a staycation! :-)

We have had greenclean come to our house once a month for the past 3 months. I've been really impressed with their services. They are really responsive to feedback. Candace, the owner, is a really nice person.
