Colorado Carpet Cleaning

So far they have come out twice and both times they removed pet stains that I wasn't sure could be removed. I'm very happy with their service.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I guess if you don't work or don't mind taking a pay cut and want to gamble with whether or not they will show up this is the company for you. I cant speak for how this company operates in Denver, but I know how horrible they are in San Diego. I called my apartment complex to see who they use and they recommended them. so I called and scheduled a cleaning for the 16th of October. I waited 4 1/2 hours for them and the didn't show. I called there dispatch and they said the vehicle was broke down on the side of the road. I agreed for a new appointment on the 18th and the guaranteed me a 9:00 am appointment. 9 o'clock rolls around and no show no call. I call them and they say he will be there in half an hour. I guess if you don't work or don't mind taking a pay cut to use there services then this is the company for you.

I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional business! The manager at their branch in Sacramento, California, is a straight up BASKETCASE! I have brought it to the attention of their corporate office in Denver, but unfortunately, everyone there seems unconcerned.
