Could't believe how fast the response to call was. Thought maybe a week, or more. Nope, next morning after call. Great job, quickly done, then returned to polish up a couple of the more difficult spots.

Jay, the owner of Imperial Carpet Cleaning, was very professional and able to get my carpet cleaning scheduled for the same week. Coincidentally, the day I had my carpets cleaned the weather was very rainy, so my carpets took a long time (almost 2 days) to dry. Jay set the expectation (because he has top notch customer service skills) that it would take more time to dry because of the weather, so I didn't mind at all. As my carpet dried out, I noticed some discolored spots that felt a little greasy to the touch. Concerned, I called him and explained what I was noticing. He said, "No problem, we'll be back out on XX Date (just a day or two later) and make it right." He believes that something was pulled up through the carpet from the carpet pad, but the second treatment fixed the issue. Jay didn't charge me for the second visit and seemed happy to make a happy customer. Jay truly stands behind his work and wants you to be happy with his service. I recommend Imperial Carpet Cleaning and will certainly use this service again. I'm happy to support a trustworthy and talented local business!

Imperial Carpet did a great job of removing a pet stain/odor from my carpet and they were prompt and polite. They were even kind and caring enough to come back a 2nd time and treat the spot again b/c I could still smell the odor. Very honorable to come back a 2nd time and that did the trick!!

I called on Jay to come out and clean some old stained carpet. He said I'll try a spot if u like it u pay if it won't come out no charge. What a great quote so why not give them an opportunity. They came out pretreated the stains with some enzymes and boom the oil stains where gone and the rest of the carpet looks better than I've ever seen it. I will definitely tell my friends and family about Imperial carpet cleaning for all their floor cleaning needs.
