Acapulco Mexican Food

They remodeled inside and out, the place looks quite nice. The lighting in the section we were in was excessively bright, which kinda killed the ambience. The service was very good. The food was very good as well. The menu pricing has gone up about 15%, which I'm sure is to help pay for the remodeling expenses, but is still fairly reasonable. Overall my wife and I had a very enjoyable experience.

They have good food but one waitress in particular is very sarcastic snotty unprofessional and acts like she needs to take her pills or get a few more drinks. She is very rude and she will clap her hands real loud at you and act like she's in charge of everyone. She would not even deserve a $0.02 tip from me. Today I went there, the food is good but the service was very poor they brought my plate to me and I had to ask for silverware. I also had to ask for more tea a couple times. The blond waitress who is very nasty and surly sarcastically said goodbye when I left. I don't know if she's working for tips or getting special deals from the owner but that woman would not deserve a job anywhere except maybe sweeping floors somewhere if you could tape her mouth shut. Because of her I could only give a one star rating they need to get rid of her. I give anyone the benefit of the doubt but this woman on many occasions has been very rude and excluded me and turned her back on me when I needed service she's not worth $0.02 so help me God!

Great food and excellent service. Have not had anything bad there. Can't say that about many places.

For 18 years it was our goto place. Perfect for taking family and guests. Then there was new management and in my view the quality of the food was just gone. Very very sad for me.

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the food quality but especially with the service. Manager apparently allows her employees to chew gum while serving and argue with customers. There were also so many problems when we were ready to pay. They forgot to add the drinks, were charging us for food we didnt order, and even got orders wrong. By far my worst dining experience I hope no one chooses to dine here again. Also I’m a customer not a friend so please dont call me “bro”. I deeply regret having ate there.
