Rio Bravo Mexican Cafe

This has always been one of my favorite places to eat! I miss it! Everytime I come back, I stop in for some great food!

The reviews posted here are lies. The restaurant is small and dingy and smelled bad. The beef fajitas were cheap meat and tasted weird. The migas plate was mostly cheese and the papas on the plate were boiled. The tortillas were store bought. The food had no flavor on top of everything else. Ordered an unsweet tea as well. Food was so horrible we couldn't eat it, got a refund. Cashier over charged me too. Was initially charged $15.37. Refunded the food, kept the tea, $12.63. So a small cup of tea cost me $2.74. And when I say small, I mean small cup of tea. I definitely do not recommend this place at all.

Love this place! Small family owned and absolutely authentic. The people are lovely and the food is amazing and not over priced! So much history and culture that frames the store!

Very nice friendly clean environment. Good food. Really enjoy the atmosphere.

We were in town for a wedding and wanted an authentic Mexican breakfast and found this little Jem. To look at the place you might want to think twice about eating here but you will miss a good meal if you walk by. The food is good and the people are very friendly the coffee is a bit strong but it will open your eyes.
