I dont know were all these nice little words AND come from.i had nothing but 👎 at this store.and its not the first time. I WENT TO GET SOME PARTS. AND BEFORE I PAD FOR THEM I ASKED THE GUY IF THR PARTS DONY FOY CAN BRING THEM NACK AND GET MY MONEY BACK HE SAID YRS. SO I PAID FOR THEM.WELL PARTS DID NOT FIT .I CAME BACK WITH THE PARTS BECAUSE TJEY NOT FIT NOW THEU TELL ME THAT THEY CAINT GIVE ME A REFUND BECAUSE. ........ THEY WERE PUT ON THE CAR.POINT IS I HAD TO TRY IT TO SEE IF THEY FIT..............STILL THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND SPENT 500$ NOW IM STUCK WITH THEM. SO BE WERE OF THIS STORE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND NOT GIVE IT BACK.MANAGER IS VERY RUDE.VERY 🐌 SLOW IN HELPING PEOPLE LONG WAIT ALMOST EVERY I GO THETE THER.DO YOUR SELF A FAVER GO TO AUTOZONE MUCH NICER THERE.IF YOU DONT WANT A HEADACHE STAY AWAY FROM ADVANCE AUTO PARTS IN EAST HAVEN...........UN HAPPY CUSTOMER.. ...

I was having some trouble with my car starting, I had to give it some gas to get it to turn over. This is right when it's starting to get cooler at night. I brought it down here, I didn't catch his name, but he came out tested everything gave me the slip. Told me it was all good, and that it could be weather related. He actually even said next week it's supposed to be warmer, so if it continues then take it for a tune up, but if not, then it's likely the cold. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was literally in and out in less then 10 minutes!
