The first time I went, ended up spending a pretty penny having my brakes replaced and an oil change... which was fine, until I popped my hood to replace one of my bulbs and realized that I had ZERO antifreeze or power steering fluid, which are both things they say they check and fill as their standard check up. I let it slide, and brought it in again to get my spark plugs replaced.... I dropped it off the night before my appointment and had a solid 30 minute chat with the clerk about all of the things I wanted checked. My maintenance light was on, plus my tires were low. They couldn't find my car the next morning, or the list I had created the night before with the clerk. They did eventually find it, and I did get a solid list of other things that needed to be fixed. When I picked it up, my maintenance light was still on, and my tires hadn't been filled, which were the two items I specifically asked them to fix, along with the spark plugs. Ultimately, I spent a ton of money there and have been disappointed with the service both times. I can't recommend it, nor will I be going back.

Horrible customer service 3 guys standing around doing nothing and couldn't get help this is the number one reason why customers buy products online. When you pass this location the parking lot is always empty. I've been a pepboys customer for almost 20 years.and never been so disrespected I live 5 min away from orange and choose to go to hamden for accurate and confident customer servcr

Poor service and clueless technicians. Mounted tires on staggered wheels incorrectly. Called them back to have them mount the tires correctly but they wanted to charge me twice for the same job they performed. Avoid.

Pep boys was amazing and so helpful! They were open on Christmas Eve (which I already know sucks) and yet they were all so kind and worked so quickly ! We are lucky we got a flat near their store and no where else because now we can make it home in time for Christmas Eve dinner. We are very grateful
