Ran into a problem at checkout but Gus stayed longer well into overtime. However he did complain and was determined to help me the best he could. In the end Gus was able to help me resolve the issue and sent me on my way. After staying an extra hour and a half. Thank you Gus

In a day and age where most people seem to hate their job and have an attitude to match, I was enormously surprised and pleased with my experience today at SAC Milford. From my first call this morning, Gustavo answered the phone politely and professionally. He gave me several appointment times to fit my schedule. I was unforeseeably delayed and gave Gustavo a call to let him know I would be a little late. He thanked me courteously and assured me it was no problem. The excellent customer service continued through my visit, when Gustavo worked quickly and diligently to help my with my batteries. The other associate was also helpful and gave me several clever tips for battery maintenance. All in all, a truly excellent experience that far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Gustavo for your time, consideration, and professionalism!

Its no wonder this company is barely holding on from closing! The Milford auto center manager has ZERO professional qualities. my first encounter with John(the service manager) was completely unprofessional and unpleasant. However Gustavo is very pleasant and easy to deal with .

I recently brought my car in to get new tires. The tech who looked at my car was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had warned me of a few items on my car that were starting to look worn but took the time to explain to me how they were still safe to drive with and didn't pressure me into buying anything else that same day which I really appreciate. The tech further explained this was something I should keep an eye out for and could always call to make an appointment to come back and get it fixed. The service was great and I would definitely recommend this as an affordable service center!

Great place to get your car fixed! The level of service I recieved was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Had my car break down, but this place was able to fix it up right away, just in time for my upcoming classes. You can count on this place whenever you need repairs!
