Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service folks. Matt is especially helpful and he will try his best to answer your questions and suggest the right products. Ima novice and I always come here for my parts needs.

These workers are amazing! They checked my battery and alternator, gave me some helpful hints and after they pointed out I had ordered a battery from a competitor by mistake even told me how to get my money back. Awesome service and customer care....you all rock!!

They need to find people to work there who can help people and talk to them with respect, i wish I don’t any part from them, i start go to napa they are more expensive but the people there they know what they are doing.

Customer friendly staff and they are really very helpful in choosing parts for your vehicle and they even help to install most. Prices are reasonable. Store is easily visible from Sawmill road at the corner of Sawmill road and Federated boulevard.

My battery was installed by Josh in less than 10 minutes! Very helpful and polite. I highly recommend.
