Advance Auto Parts

This is the only auto parts store I will shop. I been coming to the Morrow/Lake City location for over the past 10 years. I have always received fast friendly service in store and over the telephone. I tried their other location in Forest Park a couple times because I was in the area. Forest Park had horrible service each time. I will wait to go to the Morrow/Lake City location. I seen a lot of turnover but they manage to keep the same great service each time. Their staff has always went over and beyond. I would highly recommend this location. The staff is very knowledgeable for an auto parts store. I love that all purchases can be stored with your telephone number if you can't keep up with the receipt. Their prices are competitive. If they don't have I they will get it for you.

I don't know when the management changed at this store, but Mary and her team are doing an awesome job. Traveling out of my way to go to this store for the exceptional service, know how and parts on hand is why I will continue to make this my favorite location. Thank for always going up and beyond Mary and your team.

The staff is fairly helpful, they will assist when needed Some are friendlier than others The prices are fair The service is adequate The store and parking lot are clean The lines are not very long timewise They have a good array of products considering the size of the store There is always plenty of staff on duty
