Patrick was the guy's name who assisted me and his customer service sucked, he was very rude and very unprofessional, and he smelled like an ashtray. I will not be returning 
I wish Victor still worked at this location he was the BEST and his customer service was outstanding

Pep Boys representative Victor provided exceptional customer service.  He remembered my vehicle and problem from a previous visit, fixed the problem and had it back by the end of the day.  Thanks guys!
