bought some new spark plugs , Got them changed turned out broken 1 day later . The check engine light turned on again , We got it checked right away and it turned out it was the spark plugs . Had to get them changed by a mechanic . (EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE NEW AND CHANGED 1 day ago) Went to go return , manager laughed and made it seem like we were lying. She also assumed those were old , Yeah 1 DAY OLD!!!! Seriously ?! We had to pay even more to get them Replaced by a mechanic . 😒 The only nice one there was Dennis i believe that’s his name ! And while he was trying to explain to her what we said she kept hushing him , i get you’re manager but don’t treat employees like that. However we got our money back . So 1 star for that .

9 out of 10 Times they will give you the wrong part. Or they usually don't know what they are talking about. This is by far the worst staffed parts center Ive ever encountered.

Great service! Dennis was super helpful, and got me taken care of quickly. He was very knowledgeable, and polite as well.

Every time I call to ask if they have a part in stock, because you cant trust what the webpage states for inventory, they always seem put off that your'e calling. It's like they have better things to do than help a customer. When you go into the store its the same thing. The only one that seems to want to help you is the Manager Lady. They need to promote her because shes the only one that helps. Everyone else is too busy talking about what they are going to do later that day.
