My experience was pretty good this time I was in and out,the service and employee's we're friendly to,on the other hand there's been some times when it's took me forever to get in and out due to long wait times because limited employee's we're inside all and all pretty good experience.

The service was great got what I needed done in a decent amount of time the sale person who waited on me was very helpful and took care of me in no time.

Do not trust these kids. I simply needed some wind shield wipers and I new the size and brand I wanted. After telling the young man behind the counter he researched it and the description said it was for a coupe but my wife's car is a 4 door. After looking at my car and looking puzzled he called another tall young man, who I guess is the night manager and they both looked at the car. I was laughing by this point because I installed the last set. The set had a small plastic push button that you had to push and then pull them off the metal arm. The manager came back in and told me that the only way that I can get them removed is to take it to the dealer, "they had a special tool they had to use". Only the dealer can order me wipers. I'm glad this happened, they wanted $45 for the set I was asking for, I got the same set on amazon for $14. That is not an exaggeration, research your wipers. I installed them within 3 minutes, without getting the dealer involved haha. If they cannot help with an issue as small as wipers I would not trust them with anything else.
