We just closed on our house last week, and it was definitely an experience! What could have been a somewhat painful, and very difficult situation, was made SO much better thanks to Luke. He made sure to go above and beyond to ensure we had a good buying experience and were satisfied in the end- satisfied to say the least. Luke ensured he did everything he could to get us what we wanted, worked very hard, and did just that. We can’t thank him enough for all of his help and we LOVE our new home. Luke helped us buy our first home in Topeka when we relocated here 4 years ago. We had such a good experience that when we decided to downsize we called on him again. Luke was patient while we looked at quite a few properties. Downsizing can be hard! After we found our new home, Luke went above expectations for marketing the house we wanted to sell. Getting the house to closing was no small task. Our buyer had several issues & our patience began to thin. Luke worked with us, the buyer, the buyer's lender and realtor when closing dates were not being met. He worked hard to assure all parties were heard, and the final outcome was fair to everyone. Agent Luke was instrumental in getting us into our dream home. It was a unique rural property on a lot of acreage, not your typical home in the city. Luke took on the challenge that was outside his wheelhouse and worked tirelessly to get us to the finish line. We had some roadblocks along the way with our original lender, but Luke found a way.
